Estia opened in Seminyak in late 2025 as a venture from 8° Projects, the group behind several of the area's busier venues. It takes its name from the Greek goddess of the hearth, and fire runs through the design: charred timber, stone, an open grill and warm lighting, with a street-facing window serving souvla late into the night.
The kitchen draws on Athenian street food and recipes from both northern and southern Greece, with its own pickling, fermenting and cheese-making. Order the house-smoked fish taramasalata with bottarga and crisp potatoes, horta with wild olives and barrel-aged feta, and flame-grilled souvlaki in house-made pita. Finish with ricotta loukoumades, served with tahini mousse and burnt coffee honey caramel.
Good for groups of friends and a lively dinner before a night out, with a cocktail list using rosemary, olive, honey and local guava. Walk-ins are common; parties of six or more should book through WhatsApp. It is open daily from noon.
