Greek fine dining is rare in the region. Estiatorio Milos at Marina Bay Sands is the clear example, with fish flown in from the Mediterranean and sold by weight, and one of the widest Greek wine lists in Singapore.

Expect to spend over US$100 a head at dinner before drinks.
